The Swagman bike racks like the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style Rack part # S64650 are made in Canada. They are still great quality and one of the most popular bike rack brands we carry.
I recommend to use the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B which is a 2-bike platform rack that fits both a 2" and 1-1/4" hitch that is made right here in the USA. It has a 60 lbs per bike capacity for heavier bikes. It also accommodates various size bikes because of the sliding wheel trays. I have attached a video for your reference. This is the most cost effective option for a platform rack made in the USA at this time. I recommend to get the hitch lock part # SA3022 and cable lock part # SA981 to protect your investment.
