Question:
I am rebuilding a older snobird snowmobile trailer, guessing around 1992. I have a hole that measures about 2 5/8inch hole for a clearance light. What size sealed round light will work in this application that uses a rubber grommet ?

Expert Reply:
The clearance light I recommend for your snowmobile trailer is part # MCL57RB. This is a 3 diode 2-1/2 inch round light. It does require a rubber grommet for installation.
The grommet to use for installing this light I recommend is part # A57GB. You may need to take a small round file and open the mounting hole you said measured about 2-5/8 inches but this should work well for your trailer.
To connect the light to your trailer wiring I recommend using the Two Wire Pigtail, part # A46PB. If a right angle plug is needed you can use part # A49PB.
