The Pro Series Cargo Carrier, part # 63153 is designed to work with 2 inch receivers and could work well for your 2010 Honda Pilot.
This inside dimensions of this carrier are 24 inches x 60 inches x 5-1/2 inches tall. This carrier has a 2-1/2 inch shank rise which will add ground clearance for the carrier and the distance form the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier is 12-3/4 inches.
Since there are times when the cargo you place in the carrier can block the view of your tail lights I recommend a light kit for the carrier like part # 20174. This comes with the grommets needed to attach to the # 63153 carrier and has the wire harness needed to connect to your Pilot. If you prefer LED lights the number for a light kit is part # 98174LED. LEDs require much less power than incandescent lights and have a brighter light output.
To place an order, all you have to do is visit the product page for the items you wish to purchase, make sure the quantity is correct in the Quantity box and click on the 'Add to Cart' button located on the right side of the product page.
You will want to check the owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the tongue weight capacity for your Pilot. there may also be a safety sticker on your trailer hitch you can check out for any safety considerations.
I have attached links to a couple of videos you can check out.
