Exhaust Is too close to Trailer Hitch

When installing a trailer hitch on vehicles, there are times when the exhaust will be very close to the hitch and can cause rattling. As the photos you sent show, it appears the hitch may be close on your 2011 Lexus RX 350. The problem many times is due to the loose tolerances that auto manufacturers have for mounting the exhaust hangers.
I have attached a helpful article that explains how to deal with this very problem. You can choose to bend the exhaust hanger, or find a way to reposition it. Another solution is to replace the rubber isolators. You may be able to find a longer isolator at your dealership that will lower the exhaust a bit and help with the rattling.
You can take your vehicle to a mechanic or a muffler shop and they should be able to take care of this problem.
