What is the max weight capacity pintle hook mounting plate and pintle hook you have for a Chevy 3500HD. We pull a 12,000 lb piece of equipment and a 3000 lb trailer. We have a 2 inch receiver.

The pintle hook mounting plate I suggest for your 15K application is the B&W # BWPMHD14004 which is rated for 16,000-lbs. With this you can use a hook such as Curt # C48215 which has a rated GTW capacity of 30,000-lbs.
For an installation kit you can use # 43076 from Hidden Hitch. Be sure to follow the torque specifications in the installation instructions.
