Will curt custom install brackets work with reese rails? Is the bolt pattern the same?

We can't recommend the mixing of fifth wheel brackets and rail manufacturers. If you have Reese rails you would want a set of Reese brackets. Without knowing what vehicle you have it would be hard for me to recommend the correct brackets to go with your rails.
If you have Curt brackets and need rails you would want # C16204.
