We do offer several brands of light-duty 1-1/4-inch Class I trailer hitches for your 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser, including the Curt # C11132 that you referenced. The link at right will show you all options.
The Curt hitch is the one that does not require drilling, but otherwise all hitches will install in an essentially identical manner using included hardware.
I have linked you to an installation video for the Hidden Hitch # 60818 and also to two helpful hitch installation articles.
Do please note that Curt hitch # C11132, if used for a non-trailer load (bike rack or cargo carrier) must be supported by a stabilizing strap # 18050 or you will void your limited lifetime warranty from Curt.
Towing also requires a wiring harness; you can use # C55532 from Curt.
