Question:
I am using a 2011 Ford F150 with factory towing package and plan to install the Titon electric over hydro brake system on a trailer. Do I have to use the t4845900 converter? Thanks

Expert Reply:
Yes, if your 2011 Ford F150 came with an integrated brake controller you would need to use the Titan BrakeRite SD Adapter # T4845900 with the Titan BrakeRite I Plug and Play Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit # T4813102 so that your brake controller can activate the actuator. Without the adapter the controller won't recognize the actuator and the brakes won't work.
