License Plate Mounting Bracket with Built-In Light

With an installed #C31006 with tire/wheel mounted on back of my motorhome, it will block viewing the lighted license plate/mount. As its unlawful to block plate, do you have a lighted bracket to facilitate relocation? Thanks for your assistance-
