The ToyLok Universal Pickup Stake Pocket Mounting Bracket, part # LC337112, is designed to be installed in the stake pocket in the bed of a pickup truck, and hold either TL1020, or TL2021 retractable cable locks. I have attached a product review video you can check out.
The retractable locks are not included with the brackets.
