The camper tie downs # HSSF fit most domestic pickups. The only exclusions are as follows:
Will not fit step side beds or some double-wall beds
Will not fit some Dually beds
Will not fit some import trucks
Will not fit 2004-2008 Ford F-150 Pickups
They should be no problem on your 2013 Dodge Ram 3500HD Short Bed. I have linked a video and the instructions for the tie downs for you. I also recommend the hardware package to match the tie downs, # TDHP.
The part # TDSF is not recommended for the newer Rams like yours so I would not recommend it for you.
