I spoke with my SuperSprings representative, who confirms that the SumoSprings Custom Helper Spring Kit you referenced, part # SSR-114-47 will fit a 2006 Ford F350 DRW 4x4. Please keep in mind that this SumoSpring kit won't increase the capacity of your truck's suspension, and is meant to be used on suspensions that are in good repair.
