As long as you have access to the underside of your bed rails the Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors part # EX1932 would work great for your 2013 Nissan Frontier. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
Another option would be a stake pocket mount style like the part # EM01003. I attached a review video for this product as well.
