We have two available TracRac ladder racks with a 500 and 750 lb weight capacities for your 2008 E350. For a 500 lb capacity, use part # TH29055XT or for a 750 lb capacity, use part # TH29056XT.
The # RA-28 you referenced is meant to be installed on a trailer, not a vehicle.
