Looks like there may be a different model# for front hinge and back hinge because the alignment would be different with front hinge aligning to ball on left vs back hinge with ball on right side?

There is only one hinge style for the Thule Evolution cargo boxes and it is # TH14936. It will fit the front or rear. It would be a good idea to replace both so you have two new ones and not just one new and one that is worn. I have linked a video showing installation of the hinge.
