Hi Donnie!
While I may have an options for you (depending on how many you were wanting keyed alike), the Master Lock Stainless Steel Padlock with Shielded Shackle - 3/8" Diameter Shackle # ML40D cannot be keyed alike, unfortunately. With that said, check out the following part:
Trimax Stainless Steel Padlocks with 3/8" Shielded Shackle - Qty 3 # TMX48ZR
This is a set of 3 keyed alike locks that are basically the same as the Master Lock, just a different brand. You technically can't key two of these alike, but all three included in one set will be keyed alike.
