Question:
I have a 1995 Lance Trailer year 2020, and I need new safety chains. TV is a 2021 Ford F-150. I need two chains about 35 inches long. I noticed on my TT that the current chains are connected to a welded loop. I assume I can cut the old chains away and use two quick links to connect to the same welded loop. Trailer has a max Cargo Carrying Capacity of 900 lbs and a GVWR of 5700 Lbs. I am thinking a 5/16 chain. Please let me know the parts that i would need. Thanks Joe

Hey Joe, thanks for all of the details you mentioned. The Bulletproof Hitches Safety Chains part # BPH94MR that you referenced would be exactly what you are looking for. These are 38 inches long and are 5/16 inch in diameter as well.
For a set of quick links we have the part # 37201345 which are 1/2 inch in diameter and would work great but yes you could grind off the current chain from the loop it is attached to on your trailer frame.
