Hey Whit! Yes, the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch # C31076 will fit your 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. This hitch is confirmed to fit TRD models and bolts directly to the frame without any drilling.

The installation calls for removing the factory skid plate, although we've had customers successfully retain theirs with some modifications to the mounting hardware. See the review below.

What are you planning to use the front hitch for?

This hitch will fit your truck perfectly. I use it to hold a front fishing basket / rod holders and cooler while out on the beach. I’ve had it for two seasons and it’s rock solid. I had mine put on by my mechanic so that he could tighten everything down with his professional equipment. I was able to keep the skid plate on as that is needed for off roading. Hope that helps!! 2024 Toyota 4-Runner TRD Off Road owner

@DaveG that's a great setup for fishing on the beach! Glad to hear you were able to keep the skid plate too. That should be helpful for Whit and his TRD Off-Road Premium.

Yo. I added CURT 31076 to my 2016 TRD 4Runner. . I had installed the Under Cover Hidden Winch Mount years ago, so i had to do a bunch of grinding but a year later all torque specs are satisfied and it's great. I use it for a snow plow. No issues

@Russ sounds like you had quite a bit of custom fitting to do with that winch mount already in place! Good to hear everything is still holding up a year later, especially with the added demands of a snow plow. Appreciate the update!
