Hey Stacy,
The Hitcholder # HH74FR is the correct version for a 2-1/2" ball mount on your 2026 F-250, but the issue with an 8" drop is clearance below the factory BoxLink mounting point; Hitcholder only rates it for up to a 5" multi-ball drop, or 6" if the ball assembly isn't in the lowest position.
You could potentially mount the holder higher by drilling your own holes and using reinforced hardware, but that would be a custom install, so we couldn't guarantee fit, strength, or warranty coverage.
Another option is a shorter adjustable mount like the BulletProof # BPH77MR, which fits a 2-1/2" receiver and offers up to 6" of drop/rise.
There are no other ball mount holders that I'm seeing on the market that would work for your setup; sorry about that.
