Question:
Might be a dumb question but new to breaks on trailers. The product says that product AKHD-545-35-G-K is pregreased but the bearings and seal come seperate from thr hub. Do they need to be packed with grease before assembly or are they ready to go just need to be put into the hub?

Hi Adrian,
The etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles part # AKHD-545-35-G-K is not a pre-greased hub, which is why the bearings and seal are separate in the photos. Marine grade trailer hubs are not usually shipped pre-greased because the preferred type of grease in the hub can be different depending on what type of water the hub is going into.
What kind of water do you usually put your boat trailer in?
