Hey Jeff.
I reached out to Dexter to get the configuration sheet of your axle. Ill attach a snip of what they sent me below. Now, when it comes to the bearings, you'll need # BK3-200. This is a kit that comes with the inner and outer bearing, races, and seals. This will replace one hub. So, you'll need two sets per axle.
If you prefer a Dexter branded kit with a tang washer then # DX58ER will fit your axle. Again, 2 sets per axle.
How often are you changing these out?
