Will this plate 117594 work with U bolt SP01-160 on a 2inch square axle, I ordered springs TRU62 FR for a 3500 axle and want to make sure this is all compatible as my spring broke and is at my property 200 miles from home. Thanks

Yes, those parts are compatible with each other for a 2" square 3,500 lb axle.
The U-Bolt Plate # 117594 is specifically designed for a 2" square axle with 1-3/4" or 2" wide leaf springs and uses 9/16" diameter U-bolts. The # SP01-160 U-bolts are made for a 2" square 3,500 lb axle, are 9/16" in diameter, and are specifically listed for use with the # 117594 plate.
Your # TRU62FR springs are 1-3/4" wide and rated for 1,750 lbs each, giving you the 3,500 lb capacity when using a pair. They are also 27" long measured from the center of one spring eye to the center of the other.
So as long as you confirmed that your axle is 2" square and your old spring measures 27" eye to eye, you have the right combination. I completely understand wanting to make sure before making a 200-mile trip to get your trailer back together! I do however suggest doing both sides so they have even wear.

Hi Kate, thanks for the reply, I have the parts ordered to do both sides. I built the trailer 5'X 10' in 1992 and hauled my welding machine and steel all over Texas and Louisiana until I shut it down in 2018,now i use it to haul rock and supplies to the property and whatever else. Hope you don't find this too boring, thanks again and have a great day!
