Question:

Looking for a complete towing setup for a 2025 Ford Escape ST Line Hybrid. I am open to suggestions. It would be towed by a 2019 Winnebago Outlook 25J. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this query. dw

Hey David! I would be happy to help you put together a complete setup for your 2025 Ford Escape ST Line Hybrid. You will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:

-Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM59GR (designed for ST-Line models)

-Roadmaster Falcon 3HD Tow Bar # RM27NQ

-Roadmaster Tow Bar Cover # RM-055-3 (optional)

-Roadmaster 80" Hybrid Coiled-to-Straight Safety Cables # RM-674

-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit # RM-15267

-Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25

-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251

-Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400

You may also need a high low adapter like # e52ZV to keep your setup level. I went ahead and attached a help article below which explains how to measure and choose the right adapter.

Where are you headed once you get the Escape set up for towing?

I also have a Ford Eacape Hybrid ST-Line tow vehicle. I have been using the recommended setup for nearly one year and am very satisfied with its performance. Easy to put on and the vehicle tows very smoothly.
