Hey Larry, thanks for reaching out. We can provide an anti-rattle device to use with your Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR, but I'm sorry to say we don't offer a replacement anti-rattle bolt and lever for that rack.
If you need to eliminate rattle at your hitch, the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV is what I recommend. It installs without any tools so its super easy to deal with and does a great job reducing play.
