Hey Barry! The Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401BA you were looking at will work with your 2015 Coachmen Encounter 37TZ. This is 99-1/2" tall and can be cut to size so it lines up perfectly on your motorhome. It is also available with a silver finish # LA-401 if that is a better fit for your setup.

Probably one of the best upgrades I’ve ever added to the trailer. Easy up and down. I contacted Forest River and got a schematic of the back of the trailer to identify the studs concealed in the wall to know exactly where to mount the ladder.

I bought the Stromberg Carlson ladder for my 2012 Ace. It was easy to install and looked great I traded my Ace in for a diesel pusher a couple of months ago. I still liked the motor home but decided we wanted something better. I’m sure I’ll still be purchasing items from etrailer for they have quality products
