Hey Dale! The holes on the Buyers # BP38FR are 1-3/4" apart top to bottom and 3-3/8" apart left to right on center. This uses hardware like the Buyers Products Pintle/Combination Hitch Mounting Kit # 3378520 which includes 2" long x 1/2" diameter bolts. I attached a dimensional drawing below for your reference.
