On hot trips, some fridges just can't keep up after a few openings, and things start warming up fast. This one keeps things cold and lets you check your battery, so you don't end up with spoiled food or melted ice by morning.
When you're relying on battery power and still need steady cooling, power setup becomes the weak point. This refrigerator runs on 12V power, so it operates directly from your electrical system. It keeps food cold without needing AC power, even when you're not plugged in.
Running out of power without warning can leave you with warm food. The built-in battery monitor shows system status while the fridge is operating. You can keep an eye on power levels and avoid unexpected shutdowns during longer trips.
Manual defrosting interrupts use and requires unloading the fridge. The auto-defrost system manages frost buildup during operation. It keeps airflow consistent inside the unit and removes the need for routine defrosting.
Doors can swing open and shift contents while moving. Integrated latches keep the doors closed during travel. That prevents spills and keeps everything in place on rough roads or during frequent stops.
Fixed layouts can waste space and limit what you can store. Adjustable tempered glass shelves, door bins, and crisper drawers let you rearrange storage. You can fit different food sizes without losing usable space.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Furrion 12-volt RV refrigerator with freezer. Now you're gonna be able to get this in two different options. You can either pick up the option with the left-hand doors or the right-hand doors. So whichever one's going to work best for you, just take the appropriate part number that you see there on your screen, pop it in the search field of our website, and that will take you to the version of this fridge that you're looking for.
But everything else is gonna be the same. And even if you get one with either the left or the right-hand doors and you want to swap out the orientation of which they open, that's not a big deal either. So the hinges are going to be interchangeable. So it's gonna be very simple to swap that out no matter which one that you get ultimately. But this fridge is designed really well for off-grid running.
So this is gonna be great for like an RV or a van if you've got the room for it in a van. This is going to run directly off of your 12-volt power. So you're not gonna have to be plugged into shore power. It's gonna be able to run straight off your battery. And what's nice is this has a built-in battery monitor, and the battery monitor can be found inside here on the top.
Now obviously you can't see that, so on your screen, I'm popping up a photo there just showing you what that's going to look like. And so you've got that battery monitor to let you know what the power levels are going to be while this is running, and that's going to help avoid draining your system. Now before we go any further, let's talk measurements. I'm gonna get my tape measure here. Let me start with the height here.
By the way, I think you can see this, I do have this on like a floor dolly here so I can spin it around a little bit. So it is sitting higher than what it's typically going to sit. So looking at the overall height, I know you probably can't see that tape measure, but we're sitting pretty close to about 59 5/8 inches tall overall. And then the overall width, about 23 3/8 inches. And then the overall depth, let me see if I can turn that there, keep that in frame so you can see, about 25 3/4 inches deep. So hopefully those measurements will help you determine if this is going to work in the space that you're looking to put a fridge in. And let me give you a slightly different angle, slightly closer up. I want to show you the inside. By the way, let me come around here and just see if I can show you real quick. These doors are going to latch here on the side, so you're not gonna have to worry about them accidentally popping open. And so there's a little recessed area here. You're just going to push in, and then that's going to allow that latch to go in, so then you can easily open it up just like that. So that's pretty handy. And again, that's going to keep these latched. So inside here, we've got quite a bit of space here. It's pretty flexible depending on what you're storing. As far as size, this is really a good middle ground, in my opinion. You're gonna get about 10.6 cubic feet total. You're gonna have 7.4 cubic feet of storage or capacity in the fridge and about 3.2 in the freezer. So there's gonna be enough room for those longer trips without being oversized. The shelves are adjustable, and so you're gonna be able to easily get the adjustment that you need depending on how big of items that you have. So it's very flexible, not so much in the freezer. You just got one shelf here and there's really nowhere else to put it. You have temperature control here, and like I said, the battery monitor's here, which you can't see, and then a drawer here to store your vegetables, and then shelves here as well. So in my opinion, for the size, you got a lot of storage going on here. This will be a good place to put my pizza rolls here in the freezer. So this is going to run pretty quiet as well. It runs about 42 decibels, so it's not going to be disruptive in a small space like your camper. And it's gonna take care of maintenance pretty well as well. There's going to be an automatic defrost feature, and so you're not gonna have to worry about this freezing over or anything like that. Let me give this a spin as well just so you can have a good look at all the sides here. So like I said, you're not gonna have to shut this down to deal with ice build up manually. And I am a big fan of how the doors latch as well, as I showed you so. And then here on the side, this is where you're gonna hook it up to your 12-volt power. You can see the compressor down there and everything. So overall, this is going to be, I think a pretty easy install. I think it's gonna look great since it's in this really nice stainless steel finish. It's gonna look clean and modern as well. Kind of rolling away from you there. But again, like I said, you're gonna be able to get this in two different door opening positions, whether it's the left hand or the right hand. So just take that appropriate part number and pop it in the search field of our website, and you can get the door orientation that you are looking for. If you happen to have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well, again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
