Hi Alex,

The official max temperature that Sea Sucker said to be aware of is when it's 120 degrees. This temperature can easily be reached on the roof of a car on a hot day. Now that doesn't mean you can't use the Sea Suckers, it just means you'll want to keep an eye out for the orange indicator band on the pump plunger because high heats cause pressure to drop.

If it's near freezing (-32 degrees) never wet the cup because this will cause it to freeze to surface and immobilize the pump plunger and check valve which will keep it from sealing. Instead, if the cup was removed and is cold from being in a cold environment, you must warm the cup back up to near room temperature so it's soft and pliable enough again to form a seal.

What kind of environment are you using the SeaSuckers in?
