Hi Dan,
Yes, the Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller with Custom Harness # C45GV does include the custom plug and play wiring harness for your 2026 Honda Ridgeline, as long as your Ridgeline has the factory tow package. The harness plugs into the factory brake controller port under the dash, so you won’t have to splice into the factory wiring to install the controller.
You’ll also want to make sure your Ridgeline has a working 7 way connector at the rear since that’s what will carry the brake controller output back to a trailer with electric brakes. If you already have the factory 7 way, you should be in good shape. If you’re not sure what connector you have, let me know what it looks like and I can help you find what you need.
Do you have wiring at the rear of the Ridgeline?

I have this brake controller and custom harness. It does indeed plug into a connecter under the dash behind the steering wheel. The adapter cable has the Ridgeline-specific connector on one end and a Curt TriFlex NEXT connector on the other end. The brake controller works on my Ridgeline with one peculiarity. It does not activate when the vehicle starts up. I have to disconnect the brake controller using the Curt TriFlex NEXT connector and reconnect it and then the brake controller display lights up and the unit functions fine. I don't know if it's something specific to me or what. I contacted Curt and they weren't helpful. It does indeed work once I disconnect and reconnect.
