Thanks for the picture Charles! From the hitch pin hole to the top of the Roadmaster Spare Tire Mount item # RM-195125 is 28-3/4". The top of your spare tire will sit right below the bottom of your ProMaster's rear windows. The rear cameras mounted at the very top so you won't have to worry about blocking it at all.

I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock item # e98882 to secure the spare tire carrier to your Thor motorhome's hitch.
