How high is the top of the handle over the counter top and how far out does the faucet extend from the fixtures base?

The Empire Faucets Hybrid RV Bathroom Faucet part # EM69UR has a distance of 2" from the countertop to the aerator (where the water comes out of the faucet) and extends out 4 1/2" from the base of the faucet where it mounts to the aerator.

This item looks good and works good , I would recommend this faucet and I replaced sink tub at the same time that was also purchased from you guys and everything works and fit as it should ??
