Is There An On/Off Switch for Dometic Digital Thermostat Furnace Control

Can you turn the Dometic 9610008133 off? Cant find any information on how to turn the thermostat completely off while I am away from my rv. Thx

Hey Greg!
So I have some bad/weird news for you. It does not appear that the Dometic 9610008133 thermostat has an on/off switch or button. There is not an "easy" way to switch the thermostat off for when the camper is in storage or you're away from it.
Some alternative solutions would be to see if the furnace itself has a reset or off switch that you can use to shut it down. It would typically be behind a cover that needs to be removed to access it. Something else you could for a more permanent solution is to simply wire in a rocker switch like # 37213685 to either of the wires coming from behind the thermostat.
My final outside the box solution would just be to remove the two AAA batteries from the thermostat before you leave.
I know this wasn't quite the answer you were hoping for...but hopefully it helps out. Any big plans yet with the camper for the upcoming warm season?
