Can the Tie Down Nautisteps-Lite Dock Steps w/ Handrails Part Number: TD46VR be used on a fixed dock even if the steps are not submerged under water? Would the steps support the weight of a person to use as steps to get on a swim platform of a boat that is tied up to a fixed dock?

Hey Adam, this is a great question but the Tie Down Nautisteps-Lite Dock Steps # TD46VR is strong enough to support the weight of a person even if it was not submerged under water like you asked about. As long as the person weighs less than 300 lbs as that is the capacity of these steps you'd be totally fine to use this in a non-submerged situation. What kind of boat do you have?
