Hey Howard, the only difference is the cap. The part # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K comes with a cap that allows access to the grease fittings at the end of the spindle and the part # AKHD-865-7-1-K does not have it.
The part # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K actually has both a EZ lube spindle cap and a solid one as well. Does your trailer have EZ lube spindles?
