Question:
I purchased a Firestone Ride-Rite F2245 kit from etrailer back in November 2024 Order 121739858. Unfortunately, one of my rear air springs has been damaged, while the other is still in good condition. Rather than replacing the entire kit, I was hoping to purchase a single replacement air spring. Would you be able to help me identify the correct replacement part and let me know if its available for purchase separately? If needed, I can also provide the part number from the damaged air spring or send photos. Thanks for your help!

Hello Todd,
Sorry to hear that your bag failed.
A picture is not necessary, I see that you purchased the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2245 back in November of 2024.
You need the Replacement Air Spring for Firestone Ride-Rite Kit - Double Convoluted - Model 267C1.5 # F6781. Not sure how it failed, I know most of the time it is from not keeping air in them, so just make sure you have at lease 5 psi in there at all times.
What kind of heavy load are you hauling that you need the extra support?
