Troubleshooting Breaker in 6345 that Keeps Tripping

Question:
My daughter has a 2000 Sandpiper by Forest River. She got it used and she has been having some electrical issues. The converter in the RV is a Magnetek 6300 A series Model 6345. One of the branch breakers isn’t working properly it keeps flipping, however I am not entirely sure if the main breaker and the branch breakers have been replaced previously to her owning it. I am needing to know the exact amps for the main and branch breakers and the brand suggested. I also would like to know if I have the right amp fuses in the DC distribution panel. Is there anyway you can send me a photo of the exact way this is supposed to be . I have attached a photo of what the converter looks like right now

Hey Teletha, thanks for the picture as that helps! Looking at the breaker configuration appears to be a 30A main with two 20A and two 15A branch circuits, which is a common configuration for a Magnetek 6345 so that looks good. The DC side currently has seven 15A fuses and one 3A fuse, and nothing immediately appears out of place there either. Unfortunately, Forest River determined the exact breaker and fuse sizes for each individual circuit, so without the original wiring legend or a circuit trace I can't verify that every breaker and fuse is in its original location. If one branch breaker continues to trip, I would recommend first swapping it with another breaker of the same amperage to determine whether the breaker itself has failed or whether the issue is with the circuit.

Does it trip immediately or does it trip after a while? If it trips immediately you have a power wire that is grounding on something if it trips after a while it may be a lazy breaker but more than likely. It’s a 12 V power grounding out.
