Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are needing a latch repair kit for a Fulton coupler. Unfortunately, we no longer offer any replacement parts or repair kits for these. If your coupler is in need of a new latch, your best option will be to replace the coupler entirely.
The Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler # CT-5003-Z is a great option for replacing a standard 2" ball coupler. It will fit a standard 3" tongue and has a standard 3" bolt hole spacing. This is what I recommend provided the total weight of the trailer is less than 5,000 lbs.
What kind of trailer do you have?

Hope this helps Mike. Had the same problem with my 86 Hobie trailer. Needed to replace the 2-in ball coupling mine was just flat wore out. Bought this replacement piece it was reasonably priced and fit into the exact same holes as were already drilled in my trailer 3-in tongue. It's been installed for a year and used several times works great. If requested I could send a picture.

Best to replace the whole thing anyway. I had to replace mine because I bent the heck out of it when I ran into it with my tractor. The coupler was easy to replace and works better than what I had before.
