Question:

I have a 2014 CRV. I installed your 98955 base plate, and am now ready to install the RM 15267 wiring kit. But how do I mount the 6 pin conncetor on the front of the CRV? Thanks. Doug

Hey Douglas!

As you can see in the photo below, some baseplates (like the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX2258) have a built-in bracket for the 6-pin connector from the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267 to mount to. For use with your etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98955, you would need to use a Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket # C57202 and a Curt Mounting Bracket for 4-, 5-, or 6-Pole Round Trailer Connector # C92CR to mount that 6-way on your 2014 Honda CR-V.
