Hello. I am looking to upgrade my trailer tires to a higher load rating. I am going to buy new rims for the tire but I wanted to make sure the rims listed would support the higher max PSI ratings, but I cant find the information on the listings. I am looking for either a ST205/75R15 or ST225/75R15 that could support up to a Load Rating of F or G. Is there a way to fins that information in advance so I don't risk buying an incompatible rim for the tires I am looking at online? Thanks in advance.

Hey Jason, thanks for reaching out. Trailer rims like the Aluminum AM03 Series Gunmetal Gray Machined Trailer Wheel # AM28NR you were looking at actually don't have a max PSI rating. They will work with any compatible 15" tire regardless of load range. The PSI rating of the wheel assembly is actually determined by the valve stem. So, if you add a metal valve stem like part # AM20906 which is rated for over 100 PSI, a load range F or G tire will not be a problem.
That said, we do offer 225/75-15 tires, but load range E is the highest we have in that size. For example, the Karrier KR03 ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303 is rated for 2,860 lbs at 80 PSI.

I bought these for my boat trailer for the same reason. I wanted to go with a better tire due to the original tires had to much give and the boat bounces a lot. I also had a few blowouts due to the side flex. I bought these rims and had a HD tire installed on them. I would never go back to the old ones. These were slightly larger, but what a difference. Don't hesitate, the rims look and work great. I bought my tires locally.
