I’m looking for self-adjusting brake backing assemblies for Dexter 5100 lb axles 7608250, I need to do 2 axles. Also assembly part numbers for wheel bearing kit for the same axles.

Hey Gary, welcome back! Are these the axles you had Dexter build for you? The same Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-458-459 from before are the correct replacement. If you want a generic option you can use our own # AKEBRK-7-SA as well. Both will fit your 5-bolt brake flange.
Are you using the same hubs you had on that D52? Assuming you are, the Bearing Kit # BK3-300 has everything you need to replace the old bearings and grease seals.

These are on a different trailer, just want to upgrade to self-adjusting brakes.
