I have a 2003 GTI VW Bug and have all the parts for my 9000 brakemaster except the round floor plate or seat bar mount. Can you please tell me what I should order? Thanking you in advance.

The correct seat adapter to use your Roadmaster Brakemaster System 9000 in your 2003 Volkswagen New Beetle is the part # RM-88261. The floor plate you would need is the part # 450650-01.
