Hi, My converter is PD4590K18NS2 and I want to replace it with a converter that will charge lithium batteries my 5th wheel trailer is a Jayco Pinnacle 38’ 2012 Which converter do I need?? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

To replace your Progressive Dynamics PD4590K18NS2 you'll need to replace the entire power center. The direct lithium-compatible converter section was the PD4590LICSV, which replaced only the converter module, was discontinued and is no longer available. Instead, you need the Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel part # PD4590K18LS8. This is a direct replacement for your existing 90-amp PD4590 power center and includes a Lead Acid/Lithium selector switch, allowing you to charge LiFePO4 batteries correctly.

Why are you wanting to switch over to lithium batteries?
