Looking for Replacement Converter/Panel for WFCO WF-9990

Question:
My converter in my rv failed. I need to find a replacement equivalent for the part. Its a WFCO WF-9990. Wouldnt the replacement convertor for the Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 90 Amp item PD4590K18LS8, work? I believe that Part Number is: PD4590CSV. I have a 2017 Glacier Peak 5th wheel model F26RDS. Id certainly rather adapt it to fit in my current setup than have to replace the whole distribution center.

Hey Greg, yes the Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series # PD4590K18LS8 will work great for you as it is also a 90 amp converter and panel like what you have now. The part # PD4590CSV would work for the # PD4590K18LS8 but it would not work to replace the converter section of the # WF-9990 that you have now. Are you running multiple AC units?

I installed the 50 amp panel on my Jacob 45’ toy hauler works great gives me the option to run multiple types of batteries from gel lithium lead acid winter storage maintain battery at 13.2 all winter long. I leave my trailer plugged into 50 A so the converter is keeping my new battery at a safe winter voltage
