Salutations, Marc!
If you are looking for the best anti-rattle device that will keep things from sagging in your hitch, I very highly recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches # RM-061.
This is a pretty simple design, but sometimes simple is best. This is the one I recommend to everyone that is running into the sag you are getting and I can honestly say that I haven't had anyone be disappointed with it. It just works. It's also American made, which is a big plus in my book.
What are you carrying in your cargo carrier?

I’ve had my Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for about a year and it stays put and no rattling or clunking at all! I did reverse it due to my bumper being really close to the hitch, but still no issues at all.

The device works great - no more knocking sounds or trail hitch slippage. I’ve really enjoyed using this solution to the problem of the hitch jiggling around in the receiver.
