The axle tag is a great start and confirms you have a 7,000 lb axle but I'll need a little more information to verify the correct brake drum. Lippert used more than one spindle on their 7,000 lb axles, so I can't determine the correct hub and drum from the axle tag alone.
Could you provide either the bearing numbers stamped on the inner and outer bearings or a measurements of the spindle with a caliper?
Once I have that information, I'll be happy to identify the correct replacement brake drum for your axle.
Are you replacing just one hub and drum, or are you planning to replace both sides?

I have never seen where both bearings could be the same size . When I replaced mine , it was pretty straight forward and easy to order . You will need to pull the drum off and measure the spindle size or bearings. I ordered both backing plates with new shoes and drums . Drums came with bearings greased and installed in drums . It made the install very easy and straight forward.
