I sure can Bill! The Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers item # RED99FR is the correct one for your 2017 Toyota Tacoma. It'll allow you to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller item # RED44FR without cutting or splicing wires.
The factory connector the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness item # RED99FR plugs into is located behind a kick panel and taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal.
I have attached a couple of pictures below that will show you where to find the factory connector you'll need to install the Redarc brake controller.
Please note that the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness item # RED99FR is also compatible with the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller item # RED24FR.
