We do have trailer hitches designed to fit the 2010 Toyota Prius and I have attached a link to our trailer hitch fit guide for you to check them out. Before installing a trailer hitch, I recommend checking your owners manual for manufacturer restrictions. We know that on some models of the Prius Toyota states a trailer hitch should not be installed for hitch mounted accessories or towing. You can also check with your local Toyota dealer.
If you still want to install a trailer hitch or find that it is okay to install one on your vehicle, then I recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Trailer Hitch, # 24847. Keep in mind, all of the trailer hitches offered for your vehicle are Class I rated and are limited to carrying a maximum of 2 bikes at a time. You will also want to make sure you choose a Class I rated bike rack or cargo carrier. If you would like specific recommendations, let me know what you are interested in and I will be happy to help.
If you plan on doing some light towing, ywill also want to pick up a wiring harness, # 118505, and an appropriately sized trailer hitch ball for your trailer. If you need a 2 inch ball, you will want part # 19258. For a 1-7/8 inch ball, you will want part # 19256.
