Hello: Does this Bike hitch below hold an e bike that has front and rear fenders? We don’t want to take off our tire fenders to mount our bike. Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2 Hitches - Wheel Mount Can you also recommend additional one ebike hitches that allow us to open up the rear door? Subaru Forester 2018 Thank you,

Hey Michelle, the Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack for 1 Bike # HLY98RR that you referenced can work with bikes that have fenders but they would need to be smaller fenders.
For a bike rack that for sure would work with a bike with fenders you would want the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which grabs the bike by the frame instead so fenders would not interfere. What kind of bike do you have?
The EasyFold can fold down loaded to allow rear door access as well but for even more access the Swagman Swivel adapter part # S86SR would be what you'd want.
