It's a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2-inch receiver, so it's a great choice whether you're planning to tow a small trailer or use accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. Installation is straightforward since it bolts to existing mounting points on the frame, so there isn't any drilling required. I attached an image of what it will look like installed.

If you're planning to tow, you'll also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C43WR. It plugs into your Outlander's factory wiring, making for a clean installation without cutting or splicing into the vehicle's wiring.
