Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit with Fixed Arms # BX1812 is compatible with the Blue Ox Adventurer Adjustable Tow Bar # BX7322.

The Adventurer tow bar is designed to work with Blue Ox base plates that have attachment tabs spaced between 16 inches and 34 inches apart. The attachment tabs on the # BX1812 are spaced 24 inches apart, so they're well within that range and will work together.

Are you planning to flat tow your 1986 Nissan pickup behind an RV? If so, do you already have the wiring and supplemental braking taken care of, or are you still putting your setup together?
